The location of this hotel is perfect, couldn't be more convenient but I think the best thing was the general friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The room was clean and a nice size.

Great location: facing a quiet park and 3 minutes walking distance from Paddington station. Shops, cafes, restaurants all nearby but very quiet as the building faces a small park (ask for a room in the front). Breakfast included: Basic, toasted bread, English breakfast and fruits/yogurt. Wifi working properly. Do not expect a 4 star hotel, however the price is honest and the service provided is good. Carpet everywhere as usual.

Location was ideal being close to Paddington station. Breakfast was very nice and plenty of selection. All the staff were very friendly and pleasant. Room was very clean.

Fresh cooked full English Breakfast available every morning was fantastic... owner/manager cooked and took orders on request. He assumed that Americans may not want the full English breakfast experience and only asked about bacon and eggs the first day (and he was correct for my picky kids) but full English breakfast is available to everyone who asks for it. Special orders/requests for the ways eggs were done for kids were great, and other options of cereal and yogurt were great. Location was fantastic, beautiful area close to Paddington Station.

Such a friendly,helping and lovely staff at Avon Hotel.They helped us with everyting we needed,city instructions,Oyster cards,socket adapter,taxi for the airport.I felt so sorry I didnt had the chance to say goodbay with a big hug because of the early hour we left.I recomand Avon Hotel,it is closed to eveeything,15- 20 min to anywhere you wished to go.The Paddington station is 3 min walk.We only used the undergound and not the bus.The Hyde Park is 5- 10 min walk and it is amazing to visit.We basically walked from Hyde Park to Victoria station.The breakfast was also very good and tasty,with coffee,orange juice, tea,fruits.In London it is not easy to find a hotel which offers also breakfast,therefore for this location is a plus and it is something what we were looking for when choosing the hotel.Highly recomomend Avon Hotel!

I've stayed several times already in this hotel and was always satisfied. The location near Paddington Station is very good. Also the tube station Lancaster Gate is very close, as is Hyde Park. The breakfast is excellent and one of the main reasons I continue to book this hotel. Further, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was great for a budget hotel - you get a cooked breakfast option that you don't get in some of the other budget options near Paddington. Staff were super friendly. I arrived early and my room was almost ready- they made sure they had it ready in time. Bed was comfortable.

I've been already several times at this hotel and still like it a lot. Good location close to Paddington station and also the Lancaster underground station is only ~5 minutes away. The staff is really sympatic and very helpful, if you have a question. And they are always friendly. E.g. they offered me earlier breakfast on the day of my departure, since I wouldn't be able to have it at their normal time. Even though there were problems with the WIFI in my room, they offered me a solution and I could use a different WIFI source. The full english breakfast is fantastic and one of the reasons why I like to return to this hotel.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! The location is perfect, right in the center of London, making it easy to explore all the major attractions. The staff were absolutely wonderful, always friendly and willing to help with anything we needed. The room was comfortable and clean, providing a great base for our adventures. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a central and welcoming place to stay in London!

So comfortable and I couldn’t believe how good the pillows were . All the staff were so kind . My radiator wasn’t that hot so they brought me in a portable radiator . I was alittle late for breakfast and they fitted me in . Thank you
